oct 15 - new stash for me

Last Sunday was the annual fall open house at my LNS - Acorns and Threads - in Portland. I may have mentioned before that I must really get serious about stitching from stash and not bringing any more new stuff into the house until I make a real dent in what I already have. The best laid plans...Anyway, I was actually very good on Sunday. I had a some things that had been pre-ordered for me from Market, so I just picked up a few threads, got on line, got my bag and got going! I was tempted by some other things (and did order a pattern for an upcoming round robin) but other that that I was a good girl! It's not that I am lacking for new things to stitch! Here are some of the pieces I have picked up over the last several weeks.


Does anyone want to stitch a long with me?

    Lots of cute things and your worth it. I had to have a couple of those myself and I am tempted by a couple of other I don't have. CJ ok;-)

    Nice stashing! I see at least 3 that are on my want list. :D

    I don't make a dent in my stash - it makes a dent in me. Especially when I try to move the "rolling" file cabinet that my charts are in.

    Wow Lynda! quite haul there. I'm waiting for With my Needle, love the 30 birds, stitching Ida Mae so need her mate...and on, and on, lol.

    Great stash! I just ordered Christmas at Hawk Run Hallow myself. I think I'm thinking of starting it on New Years' Day.

    If I wasn't over my head in stitching Christmas presents.. I would so start a SAL with you but I am so stressed with presents that Im not even stitching things for my self. But they are all cute patterns! And after Christmas I would love to join a SAL! I would say to play ini mini miny mo to pick a pattern. Good Luck!
